1 General Terms & Conditions

1xx (hereinafter referred to as the "Platform" or "we") is an online betting service provider. By using this platform, you (the "User" or "Member") are deemed to have read and agreed to abide by these Terms & Conditions.

1xx's terms and conditions may be updated at any time. Any changes will be announced on the platform with the effective date clearly noted. Continued use of the platform after changes have been made constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.

Although these terms are written in Bengali, the English version will prevail in the event of any interpretive dispute.

2 Account Registration

3 Age Requirement

Only individuals aged 18 and above may register and place bets on 1xx. This is a strict policy that will not be relaxed under any circumstances.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

Important payment rules:

• All deposits and withdrawals must be made through an account registered in your own name.
• Payments from third-party accounts are not accepted.
• The deposited amount must be wagered at least once before a withdrawal can be made.

5 Betting Rules

There are specific rules that must be followed when betting on 1xx. These rules apply equally to all members.

• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled.
• Pre-match bets will no longer be accepted once a match has kicked off.
• 1xx's decision is final in any dispute relating to betting results.
• If incorrect odds are displayed due to a technical error, 1xx reserves the right to void the affected bet.
• If a match is cancelled or postponed, the bet will be refunded.
• Odds in live betting can change rapidly — the odds at the time of confirmation are the ones that apply.

Bets will not be accepted if your account has insufficient funds. Please check your balance before placing a bet.

6 Bonus Terms & Conditions

1xx offers a variety of bonuses — welcome bonuses, cashback, free bets, and more. Each bonus has its own specific terms, available in detail on the bonus page.

General bonus terms:

• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly — wagering requirements must be met first.
• Wagering is typically 5–10x the bonus amount.
• Bonuses will not be applied without a bonus code — they cannot be claimed retroactively.
• Bonuses have an expiry date — any unused bonus will be forfeited once it expires.
• Claiming bonuses through multiple accounts or from the same device for the same offer is prohibited.
• 1xx reserves the right to void any bonus if misuse is suspected.

7 Prohibited Activities

1xx is a fair and transparent platform. Any form of fraudulent activity is strictly prohibited. The following actions will be considered a breach of these terms:

• Using betting bots or automated software
• Opening or operating multiple accounts
• Arbitrage betting or bonus abuse
• Opening an account using someone else's identity
• Money laundering or illegal financial transactions
• Attempting to hack or compromise platform security
• Harassing or intimidating other members
• Betting using match-fixing or insider information

If such activity is detected, the account will be permanently closed, all balances will be forfeited, and legal action may be taken where necessary.

8 Account Suspension & Closure

1xx reserves the right to temporarily or permanently suspend any account under the following circumstances:

• If terms and conditions are violated
• If you register using false information
• If identity verification fails
• When suspicious financial activity is detected
• Upon request (self-exclusion)
• After extended periods of inactivity

Members may request account closure at any time. Upon request, any available balance may be withdrawn; however, bonus balances with pending wagering requirements will not be refunded.

9 Responsible Betting

1xx is fully committed to responsible betting. Betting is a form of entertainment — it should never become a source of financial or emotional hardship.
